Mr. Tapan Ray, Director General, OPPI, addressed the Seminar on “Counterfeit Products & their Impact on Consumer Safety” held in New Delhi on 15th September, 2009. The Seminar was organised by the United States Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Embassy in collaboration with the Council of the European Union, the British High Commission, the International Federation of Spirits Producers (IFSP) and OPPI.
